This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally (e.g. name, email address).
This website is deliberately data-minimal: it sets no cookies, embeds no external services and performs no tracking. Personal data is only processed during hosting (server log files) and when you actively contact us via the contact form.

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the host automatically records information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested / content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer (previously visited page), and browser type, browser version and operating system.
This data serves solely the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in technically error-free and secure operation under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources or evaluated for marketing purposes. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after 7 days at the latest. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no external services
This website loads no external resources (e.g. fonts, analytics services, tracking pixels, content delivery networks, embedded maps or videos). All resources, including fonts, are served locally from our own server. No cookies are set and no tracking is carried out. Consent for cookies (a cookie banner) is therefore not required.
4. Contact form
On the contact page you can send us a message via a form. We process your name (mandatory), email address (mandatory), the content of your message (mandatory) and your confirmation of the consent checkbox (mandatory to submit). To protect against automated spam, the form contains a hidden helper field (honeypot) that regular users do not fill in; its content is not processed substantively.
Providing this data is voluntary; however, without a name, a valid email address and a message we cannot handle your enquiry. The details are transmitted as an email to info@orchestrationeers.de and used solely to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. No storage in a database takes place. Your email address is set as the reply-to address. The technical transmission of the email runs via our host as a processor (see section 2).
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form, and, where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal email to info@orchestrationeers.de suffices. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
5. Recipients of the data
Host and processor: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (hosting, server log files, email transport of contact enquiries). Internally: only those persons of orchestrationeers GmbH involved in handling your enquiry. No transfer to other third parties takes place.
6. Storage period
We process and store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. Enquiries via the contact form are deleted once they have been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations apply. Server log files: see section 2.
7. Transfer to third countries
No transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA (third country) takes place.
8. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
9. Data protection officer

10. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of a given consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact info@orchestrationeers.de.
11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany (www.lda.bayern.de).
12. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar. Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
13. Currency and changes
This privacy policy is dated June 2026. Changes may become necessary as the website develops or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements.
